Found this great article on supplements fact by Charles Poliquin, outlining various vitamins and minerals, what each do, why you should take them and giving you the lowdown on multivitamins. It’s definitely worth a read because it’s highly unlikely you’re getting everything you need from your diet alone and rather than buying anything that is on offer (ahem…), get what you really need! I’m particularly interested in magnesium to help me sleep better and I’ve started taking Vitamin D too, cos let’s face it, here in the UK we definitely don’t get enough of that!
